Calm with Caz

Caz is a Yogi and Healing Bodyworker. Her work is to offer healing through the body. She teaches yin yoga, which encourages the flow of energy in the body, to restore equilibrium and improve emotional well-being and physical health. She is a meditation and mindfulness practitioner, and delivers these techniques to help clients manage the stress of city living. As an Ayurvedic Yoga Massage therapist, Caz uses hands on bodywork to open up the body, improve the health of all its systems, and encourage deep energetic release.

In Ayurveda, massage is an essential part of prevention of disease and to live a life of full health. Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (AYM) is a type of bodywork combining deep tissue massage, joint mobilisation, passive yoga stretching and breathwork. The result is a holistic full body treatment that releases physical and emotional tension and promotes deep relaxation. Other benefits include improved flexibility, improved circulation, joint mobility, improved alignment of the spine, releasing muscular tension, lymphatic stimulation, activation of kundalini energy, releasing emotional and energetic tensions, and much more.

Caz has completed multiple Ayurvedic yoga massage trainings and has personally experienced her own spiritual transformation through the journey of AYM.
