Hi, my name is Fini, and I am a breathwork teacher and therapist based in London. I have always been interested in the connection between the mind and body, which led me to pursue a BSc and MSc in Psychology and an MSc in Organisational Psychology. However, when I hit rock bottom and realized that I needed to make a change, I discovered breathwork.
I flew to Bali and committed myself to healing, and that's where I fell in love with this practice. I found that breathwork helped me to release trauma, connect with my body, and find more peace and clarity in my life. Since then, I have been dedicated to helping others transform their physical and mental health. I do this through my work as a therapist, coach, speaker, and teacher.

I have been teaching group classes for three years now, and in that time, I have worked with a wide range of people. I have helped individuals with everything from nervous system regulation to trauma release and integration. I have also taught at events and festivals across the country.
My understanding of the mind-body connection and my training in psychology and breathwork has given me a unique perspective on wellness. I can help my clients uncover the root of their issues and guide them towards a more peaceful and fulfilling life.

Nurturing Powerful Loving
In my classes, I use conscious connected breathwork as the foundation while weaving in other techniques, visualisations, and meditations. I offer a deeply nurturing space in which the participant is guided gently but also encouraged to listen to their own experience and to cultivate an awareness of the unique sensations and feelings in their body.
There is great power and transformation in the nuances. I steer away from pushy or forced practice and towards gentleness, listening, and holding. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where my students can feel comfortable exploring their own breath and accessing the healing benefits that come with it.
My mission with my practice is to help people realise they have more sovereignty over their well-being than it may seem and to guide them in finding more peace, clarity, and joy in their lives. I am passionate about helping people uncover their truth and their own guiding light, and I love teaching classes and connecting with others through this work.
