Please note

We strive to cultivate a serene atmosphere. However, being situated in Central London, despite our best efforts and soundproofing measures, occasional noise disruptions such as traffic, police alarms, bus sounds, shouting, or train noise may occur.

These disturbances are typically mild and do not significantly impact the benefits or the overall experience of our classes.

Late-comers and cancellations

Due to the nature of the classes we have a strict no-latecomers policy. All classes start promptly on time to avoid disruption to other people in the class.

You can cancel up to 12 hours before the start time for sessions and 7 days before for workshops. Any cancellations made within these times will not be re-credited.
