How to find your calm 〰️

PLEASE BE ON TIME

Be mindful of the experience of others by arriving 10-15 minutes before your session and taking some time to settle in. Latecomers will not be allowed in the studio once the class has started. You can leave the session if something doesn't feel right, but please be aware that you might be affecting the experiences of others.

PLEASE BE COMFORTABLE

While you can join our classes in any clothes, we recommend that you wear something comfortable and loose fitting if you can. We provide soft mats, cushions, bolsters and blankets during the classes. Please use all the props available to get yourself extra cosy.

PLEASE HYDRATE

Drink plenty of water before your class to ensure your body is well-hydrated. This will help you to stay alert, calm and focused during the session. We recommend avoiding caffeine and sugary drinks before the classes.

PLEASE EAT LIGHTLY

Avoid eating a heavy or sugary meal before your class, as this can make you feel lethargic and uncomfortable. Instead, opt for a light snack or a nourishing meal that will provide you with the energy you need to focus and relax.

PLEASE SPEAK SOFTLY

Our studio is built to escape city life's noisy, hectic and busy pace. We encourage conversations outside the sessions, but please keep them gentle. Our Calmers will happily answer all your questions before or after class.

PLEASE KEEP YOUR EYES UP

Serenity is our priority. We recommend minimising phone usage before and after class as much as possible. Please switch all your devices off or ensure they are on silent mode during your session. You can use your time before and after the class to journal, read a book or pull oracle or tarot cards.

PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL

It's not uncommon to drift off into a peaceful snooze in some of our classes. If you tend to snore, try lying on your side or using a bolster or cushion to help prop you up. We will come around and tap you on the body if you do. If someone next to you is being a little noisy, take it in your stride as part of the experience.

PLEASE LEAVE YOUR BAGGAGE AT THE DOOR

We encourage coming to your session with no expectations and no items to weigh you down. Please leave your belongings and shoes in our changing area. You can safely lock any of your personal items in our lockers. If desired, water bottles are permitted in the studio, but please keep all other food and drink downstairs.

PLEASE BRING YOUR INTENTION

Before the class begins, take a moment to set your intention for the session. This could be anything from reducing stress and anxiety to improving focus and clarity and finding your purpose.
