My name is Jessica, and I'm a visual and sound artist. A lover of poetry and nature, I'm a mystic at heart and a devotee to the at-one-ment of the womb.

I have a deep interest in the science and cosmology of Khemet, along with the Dogon and Yoruba traditions. I am a seeker of ancient wisdom and remembrance, harmony and oneness.

I recognise my path to help guide people inward, in reconnection with their true self - otherwise known as their primordial essence - through Sekhem, Sound Alchemy and Womb Healing.

It was my own feelings of lowness that inspired my interest in wellness. It was me seeking and wanting more and to feel well. It was my interest in the unknown. Wellness, for me, is the all. To be truly well is to have true wealth. Upon my realisation that there is much more to this world, I began to discover the intelligence of the body and our interconnectedness with nature. Realising that I am a spiritual being, and learning more about quantum physics, hermetics, ancient civilisations and cosmology led me to discover the reality of who I am and that I have a mission here, I have a deep purpose to attain oneness which means helping others to achieve this too.

With nine years' experience teaching group classes, I began teaching wellness and meditation in prisons at the age of 19. Later, I started practicing sound and energy healing after discovering Re:Mind in 2018 - and I was opened to a whole new world.

My journey into wellness began at college, when I was experiencing feelings of lowness. I asked myself many questions such as 'Why am I here?' inferring that there must be more to this life and my current daily activity. During this time, I was introduced to meditation through a friend and we'd sit by a stone circle at our local park each morning, connecting with the elements. Within this space, I felt very safe and very secure. There were no words, just pure feeling, experiencing something greater than myself yet very much a part of myself. This led to a daily meditation practice and in time, I discovered the magic of crystals. Shortly after, I found Re:Mind where I was introduced to a whole new world of wellness. I was inspired to become a Reiki Practitioner which opened another portal, leading me to practice Womb Massage and then Sekhem and Sound Healing.
