My name is Rebecca, and I am a restorative breathwork teacher, meditation, and bodywork facilitator, intuitive guide and author. My work is centred around supporting people to connect more deeply with themselves and each other using ancient healing modalities that can be translated to support modern-day city living. My journey into wellness began many years ago during my first yoga class, where I experienced an inner stillness I had never felt before. I realized the power of pranayama practices, and the combination of yoga asana, pranayama, and meditation became the medicine that supports my well-being.
After practising yoga for a few years, I realized my inner world and outer reality were misaligned. I was running a fashion and arts publication at the time, and my life revolved around parties and deadlines, which greatly distracted me from the trauma and pain I had been petrified of facing. However, eventually, I heard a calling from deep within me to focus on my healing, which became my priority. Once I found the modalities that best supported me, I was filled with energy and enthusiasm to share them with others. I am particularly passionate about supporting vulnerable groups of society and survivors of gender-based violence.

I have been sharing my go-to practices for 6 years. My goal when working with clients is to encourage them to love and care for themselves, put them in touch with their magic and beauty, and encourage them to be more of who they really are. I believe in the power of daily spiritual practices and have created an altar in my bedroom adorned with meaningful objects that bring me peace and remind me of our interconnectedness. Currently, I am most passionate about working on collaborative projects that inspire love and connection.

My teaching style is rooted in creating a safe and nurturing environment for my clients to explore their inner selves. I believe in holding space for individuals to heal at their own pace. I create a container where people can feel comfortable expressing themselves without fear of judgment. I combine various techniques, including breathwork, bodywork, meditation, and sound healing, to support my clients in their journey towards optimal wellness.
